The Olympia Park scheme seeks to deliver a mixed-use development comprising green space, retail, residential, commercial development and associated infrastructure. The comprehensive redevelopment of the Olympia Park site will be delivered as part of a series of separate planning applications.
BOCM PAULS has submitted an outline planning application for Olympia Park, a mixed use urban extension to the east of Selby. The application was submitted to Selby District Council on the 25th May. The application has now been formally validated and is available to view on the Council’s online public access system or at the Council offices.
